here is my inn so far. 840 poly count. if it had an interior, it could have 8 rooms on the second floor that are 4x5 meters. Japanese rooms are built according to how many tatami mats each room has (most Japanese rooms, anyway) and standard Japanese rooms vary between 3x4 to 4x5 meters. The first floor could accommodate a modest front desk, office, and stairway to the second floor, leaving the floor plan very open and airy. And of course, the cut out on the first floor could have a little bar and some sitting areas or something. The four short posts are where the dock will connect to it.
looks good! You still have allot of polys to play with I would do some cuts for widows and doors. I like the posts but what if you used box's, that can cut your poly count allot.
